Impossible to get hold of anyone at Telkom 10210

I've been trying for days. Literally 3 calls every day. Waiting 10min, 20mins, 30mins. I'm convinced that Telkom's holding system is a hoax. <br> <br> Have not been able to speak to a single consultant for 2 weeks now and I'm trying to upgrade my service. <br> <br> At least they consistent. Whether you want to cancel or upgrade, there's no preferential treatment. Everyone gets the same 'Telkom' type service.<br> <br> I logged a call as well.
