Impossible to get feedback on Fibre installation
<p>Huawei are currently installing fibre in my street in Randpark ridge and I am unable to find out any information on when the installaton is going to be completed, the team installting hte fibre in the area have been there for at least a month already.</p> <p> </p> <p>Is there some way that I can get information from someone as I have tried following up with a few people, all of who ignore their phones and emails?</p>
To add to this issue I cannot get a response from anyone when phoning the Telkom call centre, I get mixed responses of "I don't know you need to contact Huawei" or "Yes Fibre is available you can apply" only to find out that it is not available and I cannot apply.
There has to be somewhere that I can get this information?!
