IMPOSSIBLE TO GET ASSISTANCE

It is impossible to get a query resolved with Telkom. No numbers work when calling them and the website is useless. We even went into The Grove branch and the employee was so rude, treated me like I was an idiot so we left without a solution. Please tell me what do we need to do to get support to come out and have a look at why my wifi is no longer working at home? Will definitely be canceling in the near future if things keeps going like this!!
