Impossible to get anything done with Telkom

I have been trying to cancel my account since April. I have not been able to get a hold of anyone who can actually help me. My bill just keeps on rolling. I am sick and tired of trying to sort my account out. I do want to pay it but cant even raise my dispute. <br> <br> Would not advise anyone to use Telkom there service is absolutely terrible
