Impossible to get any response or service!

Been over a week now since filling out the form on their website for an LTE device. Go through the entire procedure on [URL Removed] and provide banking details for debit order for sale, get message that someone would contact me...and nothing...no email, no phone call, no SMS, nothing.<br> <br> Phoned call centre daily 30min each time waiting to never get through<br> Email [Email Removed] twice, no response.<br> Chatted to sales consultants 3 times, cannot help me (most useless service ever) and that my details have been passed onto online sales team to contact me. Never happens.<br> <br> SO in summary a complete lack of service, any form of dealing with complaints, and general lack of apathy to do their job.<br> <br> Utterly pathetic. Heaven help them if i debit ordered in December and I still have nothing, will take them to court.
