Impossible to get a Telkom fiber/internet statement

Telkom fiber/internet do not send me a statement every month. It is impossible to get a statement. The online service site is so bad it does not display any option to select a statement. The online support and help ask for a mobile number. Phoning accounts you are bounced to the fiber department and NO ONE can help. The self service site is shockingly bad and does not contain any information. The phoned accounts support do not support fiber/internet. All I want is my monthly fiber/internet statement. How difficult can this be.
