Impossible to get a TELKOM contract

Telkom makes it virtually IMPOSSIBLE to get a contract with them. I app**** for a month to month, sim card only deal online via the website. An agent contacted me, I went through the whole process, and got verbal approval. When it came to the delivery of the sim card, there was a problem, I reside in a different province than my employer! So Telkom cannot deliver the sim card! I live in Hartbee****rt, just across the Northwest border, my work offices is in Rivonia. I work as a consultant, from home and have not been to the office in more than a year! Then the agent contacted me again and said it was ok for me to apply again!!! I HAD to physically apply at a branch in person! Which I did only to be told it is an ONLIE DEAL ONLY and they are not allowed to help me!!
