Impossible to get a line installed it seems

I've been struggling for over 2 months to simply get a line installed. Telkom has made 4 different appointments with me, each time requiring me to put in leave and not once have they pitched. I've made 7 different calls to their call centre, escalated it to management, went in to the mall @Reds branch and nobody is able to resolve this. At this stage I'm wondering what possibly more I can do to get a line?? Perhaps I need to sacrifice a goat to the gods of telkom... Maybe then I'll be able to get a line.
