Impossible to get a hold of Telkom

Why is it so hard to contact Telkom? I was getting a call everyday and eventually when I asked to be called the following day to upgrade my contact, no one has contacted me since. I left messages for someone from upgrades to contact me and no one did. Apart from the connectivity been so hard, so is the customer service.
