Impossible to find help

<p>I had sales reps from Telkom visit me at my home. They offered me an amazing promotional service which I thought was fantastic at the time. Then I get a bill and its for the service I signed up with but NO PROMOTION SPECIAL. I am paying the standard rate, even though I have a contract. How does that work. I have sent e-mails, I have called the call centre. Nobody can help me. Be careful people, Don't be so trusting or you'll fall into this same nightmare I find myself in.</p>
