Impossible to do business with Telkom

<p>Ordered a new line. Three times the technician was supposed to come install, three times it never happened.</p> <p>Call centre wait times are more than 30 minutes. Job was "escalated". No difference.</p> <p>Now the order was cancelled apparently no infrastructure.</p> <p>Why keep giving me new installation dates if they dont even give feedback that they cant offer the service.</p> <p>order number ********** 46 made on 23 Sept.</p>
