Impossible to contact Telkom through call centre

How can i get assistance with my line and account if the call centre do not answer the phone?<br> I dont have a fault but need assistance with a product.<br> Impossible to do business like this. <br> Tried twice yesterday and twice today. Once there was an answer and she cut me off while talking to me.<br> <br> C'mon, usually the call centre is good. what happened?
