Impossible to contact!!
<p>I have tried unsuccessfully to contact Telkom to get a fixed line installed. After holding for 30 mins with now call centre agent answering! Finally I got through and have now been waiting for any documentation or workers to arrive to install and still nothing! To top it off, trying to get hold of anyone to follow up is even MORE impossible and I'm not even a client yet!! Do they actually want business????? Please call me if you do!</p>

I have still not received any further feedback or calls regarding this. Do I carry on frustrating myself or shall I go to another service provider and just use a company that is interested in my business?
I did book a landline, but had the full intention of also getting an uncapped bundle. I'm pretty sure other companies would not see this as a waste of time to do business with me!!
