Impossible to close a Telkom account?

<p>I emailed a filled-in Consumer Contract and Services Request in May to cancel my account ********** 60001 and the line ********** 954, I kept getting billed so I walked into a Telkom store where they said they would cancel it and gave me the reference number ********** 96. I am still receiving bills. Please cancel my service!</p>
