Impossible to Cancel with Telkom

Years of frustration and now I cant even cancel after following your stupid cancellation process. Months later and you still cant carry out a simple instruction. Your call centre staff are the worst on the planet; empty promises, made up reference numbers, blatant lies and supposed escalations to supervisors that never happen. Worst of all, a complaint is logged and a reference number is received; immediately thereafter I get a notification that the matter has been resolved and the case closed ***?! I will continue bad-mouthing this useless company and you will never receive my support again. F'U Telkom (middle finger)
