Impossible to cancel with telkom.

I have been trying to cancel my telkom services since the 20th of September and have sent through cancellation forms multiple times and every time I call to confirm cancellation I get told they haven't received anything. I have sent it to their cancellation email multiple times and I have sent it to call centre agents and even to a call centre manager but still I receive invoices from them. It is now the 4th of December and my stuff still not cancelled. Choose a mobile provider even if it may cost you more at least you'll have service.
