Impossible to cancel Telkom services - must call them multiple times

I requested to cancel all Telkom services on 14 September due to copper infrastructure being end of life end of September but got bill for October today. Did speak to cancellations department but it seems they did not process my cancellation. Waiting long time for agent, when speaking to agent then suddenly line goes silent.

Why is Telkom not processing cancellation request captured online?
