Impossible to cancel Telkom service online

I've been trying for over a month to cancel a service online. I provide the required information, upload my ID and then when I click on submit, get a Processing request that never ends. I tried the chat and was told by the operator to try again at another time. I have been trying for over a month without any success and get no reponse from Telkom.
