Impossible to Cancel TELKOM mobile Contract

Impossible to cancel Telkom Mobile Contract. If you ever thought of taking out a mobile data contract, avoid TELKOM as far as you can. They are very quick to sign you up but try to cancel after your contract changed to a month-to-month...they will not cancel your contract and keep on debiting your account. I sent my 1st cancellation form in February and till today 16/06/2018 TELKOM is taking my money. I sent 4 separate emails with cancellation forms to TELKOM, I called them multiple times, I Spoke to Eusebia Mokoena at Telkom 08/05/2018 and she said I must pay R598 to get the contract cancelled, 48 hours and all will be done. Guess what...not cancelled after a paid. Emailed her after, no response
