Impossible to Cancel Telkom Line

<p>Hi</p> <p> </p> <p>It's almost impossible to cancel a Telkom line. I've been threatened by debt collectors even though this service should've been cancelled in April. </p> <p> </p> <p>I’ve sent cancellation emails on the following dates as requested by Telkom agents.</p> <p> </p> <p>March 31 – I received the form from the email ********** and requested to reply on this email. As you can see in the attached email.</p> <p>May 6 – As I was still receiving billing info</p> <p>May 20 – As I was still receiving billing info</p> <p>July 14 – Escalation to email to the following email address as requested - ********** <p> </p> <p>As far as I’m concerned my account should be fully cancelled as of end of April.</p> <p> </p> <p>I’ve tried on numerous occasions to contact Telkom via phone and email, but no one can seem to help me.</p> <p> </p> <p>If this continues i would be forced to persue legal action as this could affect my credit rating.</p>
