Impossible to cancel Telkom

Impossible to cancel subscription. Went to the Telkom shop and I was handed a printout on how to cancel online. Had to register and reactivate the useless do messaging email account. (Because they send you an OTP, which expires in 3 min but delivered to your inbox after 10 min only) Finally managed to get all of it registered and continued with the tedious process of cancellation only to get a final confirmation that it they are unable to to process my cancellation? Why is this so difficult and how am I supposed to cancel, surely this is *******?
