Impossible to cancel Telkom
<p>We have been trying to cancel our Telkom ADSL line since February, and no joy, there is no response to our emails and when one goes to the telkom shops nothing happens either, we no have a legal letter from Telkom, and they also dont accept the cancellation, so how does one cancel a service with telkom ?</p> <p>We have disconnected all devices since february and teh cancellation email seems to be a black hole that no one deals with</p>
We have now been waiting your response since th e 29th Of May and still no luck, Please could you advise whay is impossible to cancel a service with Telkom, should be a streamlined process not one that takes from February to June and still no cancellation is accepted or acted on
This is extremely poor service
