Impossible to cancel ****** Telkom sim/phone

My Telkom phone was ****** today, It is IMPOSSIBLE to get through to Telkom to cancel my Sim card and blacklist my phone. On hold for more than an hour now.

I need this sorted immediately please as I am not going to pay for excess usage! Please contact me immediately.
