Impossible to Cancel services

I have been trying to cancel my telkom adsl and land line with Telkom since December last year after taking out a LTE device with them.... But this seems to be impossible! <br> <br> I have sent a number of emails as well as contacted the call center about 4 time already and every time they say someone will contact me back or it is being escalated... Neither of the two has happened as of yet.<br> <br> I am starting to think they are refusing to cancel my services so that i will continue paying regardless... I have now over paid by 2 months for a service I don't use at a property I dont own any more...<br> <br> Can someone at the cancellations please just pick up the phone and let me know what is going on????
