Impossible to Cancel Service

Service cancellation is impossible. Telkom shops cant accept notice. Cant give notice telephonically. Register on Telkom Website - says you don't have an account. Cannot send an e-mail unless you have a cancellation reference number. E-mail contacts can't accept queries. The cancellation e-mail address they give just bounces back as undeliverable. No one in Telkom can help!! Is this so they can make more money?
