Impossible to cancel line

It seems it is impossible to cancel your telkom line. I have sent the forms which is almost impossible to find. No feedback. Have to spend my airtime to phone your call center and wait for over 15 min before someone can help me. They are friendly but unable to assist.

They just send the case on to "back office" which is a bottomless pit where my forms got lost the first time.

I am now of the opinion they do this intentionally to ensure their revenue steam thus making it *****.
