Impossible to cancel

I have been trying for more than six months to cancel my business lines and services. I have sent the required forms over and over again to them, but nothing happens - they just continue billing for services that we are not using. I have even cancelled the debit order in the hope that they will sit up and notice - but, no, nothing.
