Impossible to cancel account and get refund of R700. Watch out for Telkom

Im not able to cancel my account, there is no place to contact them, no email address no way at all via their website to make any contact. When I finally got through on the phone they couldn't help me and said I must call back another time. They have R700 of my deposit and is impossible to get my account canceled or my money back.
