Impossible to cancel a TELKOM line. HELP

I have been trying to cancel a telkom line for over 2 years now. I have tried everything including going into the store and confirming cancelation. The line has not been in use or even connected for over 2 years. Telkom is worse than an STD. It just won't go away.
