Impossible to cancel a Telkom line

I have been trying to cancel my Telkom landline since 17 Oct 2018. Telkom does not answer the phone number, all the emails bounce back and they also dont reply to messages sent on Facebook. Login into my Telkom account and doing it via their website also does not work.
