Impossible to cancel a telkom landline.

Hello Telkom,

I am writing this as a result of terrible service from you guys and lack of willingness to help out.

I have a landline that I want to cancel, I have been struggling for the last 2 weeks to do this. I went in to a telkom shop where they asked me to cancel it online, I came back home, tried to do it online with no success. Then I phoned you guys and gave me another number to phone, which i did. They gave a full step by step on how to cancel it. And again , no luck, as the voice recorded message and your website does not correspond with one another. And this is my last option on posting this publicly and hoping someone at Telkom sees this and actually helps me and will continue to post this on every single social media platform I own until I get a response.

I have a LTE contract with you guys and am very happy with it. I just need to cancel the landline as we dont need it anymore.
