Impossible to cancel a telkom contract

I have been trying since the 8th of November to cancel my telkom contract,

the contract expired on the 23rd of December and have sent in numerous requests to get it cancelled to no avail.

I do not want to continue our relationship and just want to cancel! why is is so difficult to do it?

you are so quick to take my money but when it comes to cancellations the task becomes impossible.

Your call centre staff are *********** and your in store staff are even worse - you cant even cancel a contract in-store? i tried to go to the blue route branch and had a gentleman who was not interested in being there give such shocking service .

please can someone contact me to get this resolved.
