Impossible to cancel a Telkom account

It is almost impossible to cancel a Telkom account.

I have a "landline" that has never really worked since they changed to internet only option and so I have decided to cancel it.

You cannot do this face to face in a Store - they stopped dealing with customer queries of this nature face to face 1 June 2023.

I logged into my Telkom account online and you cannot do it there either - or it so well hidden you cannot find it easily.

It just reinforces my desire not to do business with them anymore. I cannot abide companies that refuse to deal face to face with their customers.
