Impossible to cancel a service with Telkom

I went into a store and made a cancellation request on 1 February 2018, and made several follow up request via the store and telephonically and I am still being billed each month for this service which has not been used since then.

I have made numerous calls to telkom but continue to be billed for this service. it seems impossible to get a service cancelled with Telkom, as I have had other friends and family who have the same issues.....

Really terrible Telkom !!
