Impossible to cancel a landline!

<p>I've been trying to cancel my landline since June 16. I have sent various mails with the cancellation form attached to Service Cancellation ********** <p> </p> <p>I get a confirmation mail that they have received my e-mails, but they never cancel the contract! If anyone has a number I can phone to follow up that will be great.</p>
