Impossible to cancel a contact
<p>I am surprised and confused by Telkom. Over the course of the last month leading up to the end of my contact, I have dealt with 5 agents, all of which have promised to cancel my contact and haven't. Is it difficult to cancel a contact? I've heard similar stories about countless logged calls to Telkom that have been left unresolved for months... I'm wondering how much more time I am going to need to waste. They are unresponsive on social media.</p>
