Impossible Service from Telkom

Including: Uncapped Internet with No FUP’s Up to 20Mbps VDSL speed Includes WiFi router and installation on month-to-month (24 month claw back) Includes Unlimited Telkom to Telkom and Telkom to Telkom Mobile Calls Mobile data SIM At the moment my mother gets her data from Axxess. I called Telkom ready to put the package in place, knowing I would have to cancel with Axxess first, but expecting to cancel with Axxess once Telkom was ready to upgrade so she would not be sitting without internet. I was told that I would not be helped unless I cancel with Axxess first and Telkom will take 7 to 10 working days to upgrade. This is ridiculous – you can be without internet for 7 – 10 working days. It is a no wonder that Telkom is losing business on an hourly basis. If I don't get a response and assistance I will move to Wibernet you can assist me.
