Impossible R5/day subscription - Someone is *****ing from a prepaid WI-FI router

IMPOSSIBLE SUBSCRIPTION VIA WI-FI ROUTER

I recharged in order to buy prepaid data and noticed that airtime balance was R55 short. I called customer care and was told that there is a subscription called "Job success" i enquired for more details and how to recover ****** airtime but simply bumped to a solid wall. I explained that it was an impossible subscription to have been activated from my side since the SIM card is in a router and dedicated for WI-FI only. No help, no further details, no cancellation except a terminated call.

Someone is hacking and *****ing. RECOVER and REFUND!
