Impossible landline cancellation

<p>After emailing the relevant documents ********** and recieving a auotomated response i have recieved no feedback. phoning the call centre doesnt help as they say they dont handle cancellations and the online chat service also doesnt handle cancellations.</p> <p> </p> <p>so who am i able to contact to ensure my line is cancelled before i move out of my current residence seems no one knows who handles cancellations or how to get hold of them!!!!!!!!!</p>
