Imposition of wireless in a non-wireless area !

This is the second complaint on Hellopeter - Telkom didn't respond to the previous one - many months ago. Have escalated my complaint (too complicated to re-state here) to national escalations, ICASA etc. Telkom closed my fixed wire service in February last year as they wanted me to move to wireless (their request, not mine!) and despite confirming several times that wireless is not available in Dullstroom, they refuse to re-connect my line. they first said that the line had been removed) untrue - several neighbours have their line working and the line runs within 5 metres of my house). They then acknowledged this as a fact but state they are 'not allowed' to reconnect 'in any circumstances as they are phasing out hard-wired services. So, almost a year since the removed my access which simply requires a connection at the local exchange. No alternative is available to me !
