Imposible to cancel phone line

<p>We moved out of our house 7 months ago. Ever since then I have been trying to cancel our phone line. I have send numerous emails , spoken to many people and still no luck.</p> <p> </p> <p>Every month I get a bill , with interest app****, and a monthly rental charge for a line I don't use</p>
