Imported device???

This is shocking where is Telkom getting there phones from the black market??? I got a Samsung Note 4 on my contract it has gone in for a screen replacement under the AHD warranty and Samsung has come back saying this is a imported device *** this is shocking where do Telkom mobile get there phones? Off the back of a truck? I paid for the Samsung for the AHD warranty because this is what I wanted now im told I cant get that so who is going to replace my R12000.00 phone????? shocking shocking shocking This is not right......
