Important contact with ISP is impossible

For the last week I have been trying to contact Telkom in order to cancel my data with them. However due to the strike/go-slow they are experiencing, this is made extremely difficult. <br> <br> I then attempted to contact them via email, but an email address is nowhere to be found. Instead you have to fill in one of those online complaint forms, after which they are supposed to come back to you. Note I said \supposed to". After it was apparent that they were not in fact going to respond to my complaint form"
