I claimed a cellphone 3 months ago. I still didn't get it. In 2023 the same thing happened where my claim took 3 months. In the mean time I'm paying for the device i don't have ( I've canceled June payment amd reversed May one as well)

Their assistants at the stores donnot assist with claims. A client has to do own claim via email amd suffer this horrible experience.

After a while sunce I claimed, i was *** doesn't deal with claims any longer. I was told that a new department is processing my claim.

When i called the new department at *** (***). I was told that Telkom never handed over my claim documents, so i need to resend them.
