Imagine if there was competition

Yesterday I went to collect my less than 12 month old Huawei E5220 modem. The firmware had failed after Helkom had changed sim cards 3 times. Firstly I had to pay R188 to get back my modem that Helkom could not repair as it apparently is uneconomical to repairand is listed as OUT OF WARRANTY on the invoice. Was told to buy a new one and it is still on contract. No solution was even offered. Shareholders should not invest in such a myopic institution
