I'm Waiting

This is ridiculous. I have waited nearly a week for my Telkom line to be fixed. I need internet for my work and my son needs it urgently for his university studies. I've already had to spend money on mobile data which is really expensive and it's not enough for his work. I am seriously considering going wireless. No matter how many times you phone the call centre, the technicians don't speed things up!!
