I'm starting to regret moving over

I was called by a Telkom call center agent in November selling me the stars and the moon. I cancelled my wireless service once Telkom installed the modem in my house. This was done in Nov, till date the internet does not work, it works for a few minutes and then cuts out for hours. We have gone back on 4G with Vodacom just to get a connection again and to top it off i just got a R4500 bill from Telkom with prorate this and prorate. I'm not paying any amount until i have services. This is totally unacceptable.
