Im starting to get worried

I am not going to lie. Afrihost has been great up until a few months ago. I started getting small problems but they were still manageable. Always managed to get a consultant on whatsapp and they always seem to assist no problem HOWEVER recently I was told that I have a CAP amount on my UNCAPPED package. As a result my data started getting throttled after the 20th of every month with no valid reason. I go from 20mbps average to 1mbps maximum. They can not seem to figure out why this is happening and that frustrates me a lot. I really like Afrihost but now I'm starting to get worried and seriously considering changing ISP
