I'm so fed up with Telkom!!

I regret taking telkom contract i can't recharge my phone and that wasn't explained to me before taking the contract and i went to their branch in Stanger Mall they told me they cant help i'm so fed up even thinking of throwing the sim card away because it useless for me.
