I'm sick of you guys deducting whenever you feel like it

Like what the hell telkom I pay you guys more than I had to yesterday and no today in the middle of the freaking month you try to deduct and put my bank account in overdraft!!! I expect that money reimbursed!!! I am completely gatvol with you guys always ******ing up!!
